Changes for vendor T-K500Y01 have not yet been confirmed

I am trying to confirm the new created Vendor with FK08 but the "Confirm" button is not clicking any idea why and advice/solution?

you should read the messages in your screen. If you changed the vendor yourself, then somebody else has to approve the change, you can't do that yourself.

SAP gives you a status message when you use FK08 for a vendor that you changed yourself, just doubleclick this message and you will see the long text explaining that.

Confirmation has to be done by the authorized person . For confirmation(FK08), you should login to his User id ( superior level id )who have got authorization concerned with the vendor master data alteration

"you should login to his User id" - not a good advise at all. Nobody should exchange passwords with anybody else. We have 2017, anybody should already be sensible enough with passwords and pin numbers, this is not limited to your private life only.
