Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement to show a custom error message on CRM survey screen when user tries to submit a survey for a service request for more than once. I copied the PAI FM -
CRM_SVY_SERVICE_PAI into a custom FM and added the code to raise the custom error message. But the message does not appear on the survey screen. rather it goes into callback_pai method and intern displays a standard error message.
If anyone has worked on showing custom messages in survey screen on submission, please provide your valuable inputs.
