Is residence address mandatory for employee replication from HR to CRM for CRM EHP4.0?

Hello gurus!

For now I'm working on replicating employers from HR(ECC) to CRM, and I'm stuck on some pretty simple question.

Note 934372 says that as of CRM release 5.0 IT0006 subtype 1 is optional. We are using EHP 4 for CRM 7.0 but for now I'm not able to replicate employers with no permanent residence address maintained. Idoc has 53 status but bp is not getting created until I provide address for corresponding employee at pa30 transaction.

I've tried to debug IDOC_INPUT_HRMD fm and it looks like that at CP_BP_UPDATE_OPERAS form of SAPLHRALX00_BUPA_INTERFACE there is still some king of address check and if address is not maintained namcountry and namcountryiso fields of inbound structure are checked, which are also empty in our case.

Of course it seems that problem can be solved with pretty simple enhancement, but from above mentioned note I made a conclusion that there is standard functional and I'm missing something.

So my questions are:

Did I miss something at my customizing?

Or maybe did I miss something at my analysis?

What is complete list of mandatory data for successful replication?

And more general question: for customizing we used BB C05 wich is for CRM7.0 actually, does more up-to-date SAP documentation for CRM-HR integration exist?
