Hi,
We have a circumstance that is when we check RSPC for a day. We noticed that 'red arrow' in certain process. However, the preceeding and subsequent loads are okay. We noticed that 'red' arrow is caused by a delay... for instance, the predecessor process reveal zero record ( we have set in the filtering, if record = 0, status green), but after that process waited for nearly 2 hours to run the next run.
Any idea why...

I confirmed that RSMO has setting if "no data is available in the system, set the status green".
Waiting time is 30 minutes.

Is it confirmed that the 0 record had status light "GREEN" or was it yellow,Also check the Traffic evaluating status light(Monitor screen of loads-RSMO) ..how many hours setting has it kept for status incorrect??
