query coping

Hi,

i am running this function module RSZ_I_COPY_QRY_TO_CUBE to copy the queries from one multiprovider to another multiporvider . but it is not working .

pls help me

Hi leela,

you can also copy query from first screen of log-on to your bw system under Business Explorer --> query --> copy.

Remember that you can copy query from a structure to another only if second structure contains all objects of the previous one.

Hi,

Thx for reply. i build a query on astria multiprovider , but i need query on germany multiprovider . so infoobject are same ,but not all. so the structure is not same. so that i am running the function module RSZ_I_COPY_QRY_TO_CUBE.

but i was not working . i donot know why.

leela,

for copying queries .. use TCode RSZC - also as mentioned previously .. you cannot copy queries if the query elements across infoproviders do not match...

As another option - try copying the structure manually first... assuming that by structures you mean the key figure structures in the query...
