Hello,
I had activated Smart Business Services a few weeks ago, but accidentally deleted some Destinations after which I am never able to get it back to work. Is there a way I could disable and re-enable Smart Business Services again for my account that would give me a clean start?
Hi Pise,
I believe instead of disabling, you want to unsubscribe & then subscribe again.
If yes, You can go to Subscriptions --> Java Applications --> ssbservice. You will find an option to unsubscribe.
After that you shall be able to Subscibe again (Please note if this doesn't work, you can also unsubscribe to HTML applications sapsmartbusiness & ssbdesigntime) and try again.
Feel free to reach out to us @ smartbusiness@sap.com or create a Incident on CA-GTF-SB-HCP for any further support
Regards,
Lucky

Hello Mangesh,
It is not necessary to unsubscribe the Java application if you have already unsubscribed to the HTML application.
Once you have successfully unsubscribed to the HTML applications, then go to Services --> Smart Business Service and enable it. After enabling to the smart business service, kindly follow the steps provided in the following help link.

Hi Pise,
There is no way you can do that. Our ops team control this feature.
Sorry,
Jin
