Edit Notification assigned to a Workorder in SAP Work Manager 6.4

Experts,

Standard Work Manager 6.4 OOB does not allow notifications to be edited from Work Order navigation. Although this should be pretty much standard but doesn't seem to be included in OOB.

What is the best way of introducing this feature through custom coding?

I am not able to change the context of notification from workorder to main object. Any idea from anyone on how this can be done?
