External Pricing Simulation issue in SAP C4C Contracts

Hi Experts,

I am trying to do external pricing simulation in sap c4c for contracts. But I am getting the below issues. Can, someone let me know what is the cause of this issue?

Dear Indrakumar,

Based upon the errors in screenshots, there are 2 errors being posted by ERP,

1. Item Category is note defined for this item.

Refer this link.

2. Error in VBAPKOM 000020.

This error is due to error 1 for line item 20.

Kindly resolve the error 1, you should be OK.
