Leave Workflow doesnot trigger from ESS

Hi,

From PA30 when i create a leave request workflow gets triggered.

when i do this from ESS it says, message sent, but it doesnot update the PA30 - 2001 infotype and also it doesnot trigger the workfow.

Hi,

In Leave Request in ESS in the IMG in Processing Processes for Types of Leaves assign workflow template WF ID 12300111. This is triggering the workflow but we still have not being able to see the agent/approver.

Another issue we are having is with the timesheet, when releasing it, it also does not trigger the workflow, we have not being able to figure out why. If you happen to figure out either one of these please let me know.

Are you using ITS based? Did you assign any workflow task to the leave request, also when the leave request is sent it doesnt update the infotype directly. A report is executed at the beackground which does it only for records with approved status. Use this report RPTARQPOST

i have run the report, it is giving no records.

we are using ECC6 based webdynpro ESS.

please let me know why it is not triggering even when the event linkages are there.

Hi,

Looks like your event is not getting triggered at all. Use transaction SWEL to check whether your event was properly triggered.

Hi,

Actually i checked in SWEL, it is not triggering. the problem is event linkage is also there but also it is not triggering from the ESS.

From PA30 it is triggering.
