Dear Expert,

When we see the assets net value in assets comparison tab it's showing 01 value at the end of the life as net value, we are using straight line method so there should not be any value at the end of the life cycle. I have checked, there is is no scrap value maintained and also in AFAMA no change over value is maintained. So please advice where from this value is coming. Screenshots attached for your reference.

Thanks

Memo value must have been activated in your system.

Check IMG - Financial Accounting (New) - Asset Accounting - Valuation - Amount Specifications (Company Code/Depreciation Area) - Specify Memo Value (OAYI) and check if any value (such 1,00) entered for some of your depreciation areas and clear it to deactivate the memo value.

But this will affect the assets you will create from now and won't affect the assets that are already created.

To make it affect the assets that are already created look at this page https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPFI/Ignore+memo+value+(ANLA-XERWRT)+or+OAAW

and do asset mass change as described there.
