Kindly do some analysis yourself before putting questions into the community.

This error message is self explaining. Your selection criteria did not match with the data.

So reduce your selection criteria, eventually try it even without, and see if there is data at all.

Give evidence that you have data. Show screenshot from the data, show screenshot from your selection screen.

IF you don't know from where MC.9 is taking the data then just search the community with this term: MC.9 table

Already the very first result has the needed information. then use SE16N to look into the table

If you are an end user then contact your local support desk

Show a screenshot as evidence that you have data matching your selection criteria

MC.9 does not look into MBEW, it selects data from S031 and S032

And like you just confirmed, you have no data there, hence the error message is absolutely right.

Now you have to investigate why there is no data. Usually data does not disappear on its own desire, in most cases humans have their hand in the game. Info structures can be archived, maybe someone who is in charge of archiving did it with a wrong selection and archived everything. But in a system with ongoing business such info structures would not remain totally empty for more than a few minutes.

So I have to assume that someone has switched off the updates of the info structures in OMO9 transaction.

If you are in a S4HANA system then probably because the update of info structures was not in harmony with your settings for late lock of movements. This OSS note has more information on that: 2319579 - S4TWL - Performance optimizations within Material Document Processing - lock behavior and stock underrun protection

However, if you are a consultant in charge of MM then you should actually know whats going on with a S4 upgrade. If the upgrade was done by a different team then they should have informed their colleagues about taken decisions. Which should also have been explained to endusers
