Selection screen for "transfer to XXL"

Dears,

can any of you suggest why one of users has a selection screen for transfer to XXL (e.g. in MCE5) as below:

while other users see it as:

I would appreciate if someone could explain what needs to be done to have the look of that screen as in the second example.

Looks like both using the same GUI version and both are working on the same system. Any other ideas?

The users have either a different GUI version or working on a different system with different release levels.

both look similar to me. both work on the same system I'm afraid... Any other ideas?
