error in DBexport while system copy.

hi all,

We are trying to perform system copy in bw 3.0b through R3 load procedure,whle performing the sysytem copy we getting the following error:

FSL -06002 ERROR 193 (Unknown ,try 'net helpmsg <NR>') of a 'create process' function,line (284), with parameter (D:\usr\sap\BWA\SYS\exe\run\R3ldctl.exe..)

Can anyone help us out.
