Execute query - problems with lenguage system

Dear experts,

I have a query in a spanish system ( I create the caractestics, key figures, cubes ...)But when I change the lenguage to English in the login, the caracteristhics texts and anothers are null. The caractheristics have the lenguage key flag ....

how I can solve this? I have to translate the texts? where?

Hi Marc,

You will have to load data for all master data chars. for langunage English.

For example,

I create a table in R/3 in lenguage1. I dont remember the transacction to traduce the text fields of the table ( to lenguage 2)

Then, when I load the table to BW.. is the load lenguage 2 automatic? or Have I to do something?

Hello Marc,

Let take example for material master,

When user login into English and create material description the same will be fetched into BW. But you will have to create material description in other language also at R/3 side in order to get diff. language desc. at BW side.

At bw side we generally create info package and the languages for different datasources gets loaded automatically.
