CRM 4.0 Bounce with Add-on IS

Hi,

I need to making bouncing active on our CRM 4.0 version.

We only have the CRMIS Add-on and not SIE.

It is possible to make bounce active on our installation, or do I have to install SIE?

I would like to run email bounce without the webclient.

And I would like to use 1softbounce rule and 1hardbounce rule.

But I think the documentation is very sparse on these matters.

I have read ERMS_How To guide, ERMS_overview and Release notes CRM 4.0 SIE. But these documents are not very help full.

Does anyone know how to implement bounce on CRM 4.0 without the SIE add-on but with the IS add on.

We have the service add on installed, but we will upgrade to CRM 5.0 and use the IC webclient. So bounce mgt will be very easier in the future.

Hi,

you have to have CRM 4.0 Service Industry Extension or upgrade to CRM 5.0 where bounce mgmt is integrated!
