Create new Support Team

Hi Experts,

I need to create new Support Team, and below are my questions:

1. I use PPOMA_CRM to add in the new support team. correct?

2. Other than PPOMA_CRM, is there anywhere else that i need to go in order to complete the creation?

3. How can i tie the newly created Support Team to a BP? I can not find any BP craetion function via PPOMA_CRM.

without deleting it

Hey Fuschu,

Support team is nothing but an org unit..

ONly way of creating it would be ppoma_crm..

When u create an org unit (supprt team) in ppoma_Crm, what happens it is given a unique Org unit. nos..

Also the org unit is also given (automatically ) a BP-id...

How do u get this id:

Steps:

1) Tcode ppoma_crm

2)Right click on the desired org unit under which u need to create the support team.

3)Say Create new org unit.

4)U can now see the unique Id assigned to the Org unit.

5)right click on newly created org unit, say create (new postion),

once u do it automaticaly the supprt team will be asigned a BP-id.

If this automatic Bp-id iassignement does not take place, then u need to apply this note:

550055.

FYI guys, im still can not assign a BP to a Support Team via PPOMA_CRM.

PPOMA_CRM/PPOSA_CRM basically opens the organizational management application. This can also be accessed by PPOSW/PPOMW (Display/Change). However each transaction would lead you to the same application.

To create Business Partners against the organizational units in your support team you have to activate the integration of HR to OM.

Open the table T77S0 for maintenance and make sure that you have the following setting.

HRALX / OBPON ON

HRALX / ONUMB 1

Once you activate the integration each new/changed org unit would generate a corresponding BP.

Hi,

That's right you have to create Support Team via PPOMA_CRM only. We don't have anyother Tcode.

You just have to right click assign.

However i'm trying to using Righ Click ->Assign option, but i can not get any option for me to tie the newly created Support Team to a BP.

FYI, i have already created the BP that correspond to the Support Team. But now stuck at the relationship assignment bet. Support Team and BP.
