Whether tcode HRUSER will include License type automattically?

Hi Guru's,

There is a t code for users creation via HR-USER that creates users starting with P*, While creating the users it creates with address, date,roles assignment automatically that we give before creating it.

I have a doubt that whether License type will also be assigned or not?

Please guide me.If license type will not be assigned, Is there any way to automatically assign it via HR-USER t code itself.
