No idocs arrived from the source system

hi BW Gurus,

I am doing data load monitoring in the BW production systems using process chains and the chains are scheduled based on data and time. I got the error in all the systems as " No idocs arrived from the source system" . I need to know what are the necessary tasks i need to perform inorder to do the data loads properly.

Hi,

Check the source system connection with BW. "Not receiving Idocs" means connection failure.

Make sure that connection exists , and run the process chain,
