Reg: attachment with is01(solution database)

Hi Friends,

i am using the transaction IS01 ( solution database ) to upload the faq's, while uploading the faq's for the problem in the transaction IS01 , i able to upload the longtext , but i am not able to upload the attachment along with the long text ,.so is there any BAPI available to upload the attachment along with the long text ,plz let me know or Is there any OSS notes available for it...
