BPC 10 - adding new records (lines) the records disappears

I have created an input form for forecasting that i open from the server. The idea is for this input form to be used as a data entry point in to the model with existing dimensions ( no new dimensions will be added with this input form) New values for the periods to be entered only)

My Layout has all hierarchy chosen at base level.

MY ISSUE:

When i add new records

When I try to save it "SAVE DATA" I get the following message

When I click on the cell and hit enter the line disappears ???

So the entire line with P_ACCT "410800" disappears???

Please help

You product SP's are very outdated. Upgrade required!

In general not clear what are you doing!

Looks like you are pasting multiple lines to perform member recognition?

Hi Vadim, You are correct, before the line disappears, the cell is highlighted green. I assume this implies that the member is recognised. I am new to BPC, I read through previous posts trying to find answers, if people are having similar issues with the EPM client member recognition, please suggest solutions.
