<u>Scenario</u>
We believe that the business package CRM 4.0 has been installed within the portal 6.0. This is done by another company. Unfortunately the <b>Work Force Management</b> is not working properly within the Portal that comes with this business package. We would like to check some settings and maybe install the latest business package all over again.
<u>Questions</u>:
- Is it possible to see which business packages has been installed within the Portal 6.0?
- Is it also possible to check which version of business packages has been installed?
- What will be the consequences if we install the same business packages all over again?
