Dynamic KPI's Behaviour in SAP Lumira Client Vs BI Platform

I have created few dynamic calculation in SAP Lumira. Such as Document count and the Percent Of Document Count in Lumira Client 1.31 V. The data looks good for the Percent KPI's . It was displaying the first KPI as 5% and second one as 95%, Once the visualizations completed I have published the lumira document in the BI Platform. Then I tried ran the lumira document from the BI Launchpad, I see the Percent KPI's was showing 500% and 9500%. So how it is behaving weird. So just want to check is their any any issue with the Dynamic KPI calculations (especially Percent Of KPI ) in Lumira ? or I am doing something wrong not able to figure it out. Please refer the attachments for more details.

We are using the lumira 1.31 Version and BI Platform " SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 6 Patch 3". I am not sure this is causing because of BI Platform issue.

We are using SAP Bex Query as a data source and only percentage KPI's has the issue rest all the other kpi's are good.

Yes, we are using the lumira 1.31 and our BI Platform verision is " SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 6 Patch 3".

I am not sure this is causing because of the BI Platform Version ?

We are using SAP Bex Query as a datasource.

What is the version of Lumira server and BI Platform?

Also, what is the datasource?

And finally, are you using Lumira 1.31 patch 4 for the Lumira Desktop?
