How to assign depreciation area to an asset in Asset accounting

Hi Gurus,

Please advice me, how to assign depreciation area to an asset in asset master record.

    Hi Ramesh

    You need to create chart of depreciation with number of depreciation you need and then assign it to your company code.

    Hi,

    You can assign depreciation area to asset in asset master record in depreciation area tab. In case depreciation area view is not displayed, you have to assign views for depreciation area specification in asset master record.
