How to read annual salary from IT 0008 in a PCR

Hello All,

i have requirement to read annual salary from IT 0008 in custom PCR and based on that i need to calculate the % from a particular WT and and send the calculation to RT table.

I have browsed a lot, however i dint find anything.

Can anyone guide me on how to query the annual salary from IT 0008 in a custom PCR?

Have you tought of using Valuation Basis (see table view V_512W_B) to create a distinct Information WT (such as 9XXX) from all Basic Pay (IT0008) WTs, and then in a pcr, annualize the Amount of that Information WT, multiply it by the appropriate % Constant (from V_T511K) and transfer the result to RT through the required WT?

You can' really by standard means.... first of all can you check ANSAL field has value in PA0008 table in SE16 tcdoe?

If you have a value (thats' not always the case and it actually depend on your config) you could try with TABLE operation TABLEP0008 and then AMT=BANSAL within a rule; however be advise that this can fail when you have a change of salary during mid-period with various records of basic salary and different amount for ANSAL.
