you have it for the process ie global or you can have it for a block which makes it local.

Hi,

Elements of superordinate container r not visible in subordinate conatiner.

Process and its blocks have seperate conatiners.

You can define additional container elements for local variables in sub-blocks. These r not visible in parent blocks.

Looks like u'r preparing 4 certification.

It all depends upon the Scenerio, within the block represents it is active inside the Block so it is Local.

Hi Ash,

in a BPM process, a container element defined for the complete BPM proces in container list is for the complete BPM proces.....

If you define a variable for a block, then the variable is visible only in that block and its subblocks.

So visibility is Process and Local(block).

depends....normaly on process. but when u define for a block its life is within the components of the block and not outside the block i.e.local
