conversion to Load HTS Codes and corresponding HTS Conditions

Hi,

This is the requirement i got for conversion program.I am planning to do three seperate conversion for the points 5.1.1,5.1.2,5.1.3 mentioned below , it is possible to do one conversion program for all the points mentioned below.it any one of them done similar conversion program pls share the standard program or bapi used for the same.

This objects includes

5.1.1. HTS code alone is to be uploaded first in config table V_T604 by Country . IMG Path is SPRO  IMG  Sales and Distribution  Foreign Trade/ customs  Basic Data for Foreign Trade  Define Commodity codes /Import code numbers by Country .

Pick up SKU # from spread sheet and get corresponding article no: from cross reference table of Article.

Enter Country as “CA” and Comm./imp. Code no. = HS Tarriff no from spread sheet

5.1.2. These HTS codes have to be assigned to Articles using transaction code “MM42 “ . Path is Logistics  Retailing  Master Data  Article data  Article  Change Article mm42 .

Country of Origin = Origin from spread sheet and Comm./imp. Code no. = HS Tarriff no from spread sheet

5.1.3. Condition type ”ZHTS” for both MFN and GST is to be maintained using MEK1 . Access key is a combination of Country of destination , HTS code and Country of Origin . These conditions are % based. Path is Logistics  Retailing  Purchasing  Purchase Order  Master data  Conditions  Other  Create MEK1 .

Hi,

All the three steps appears to be CONFIGURATION related in SPRO.

You can do in SPRO straight away.

You have not mentioned the Volume of the data in each step.

If it is less, we can manually copy the data from file to system.

If it is more records,generate BDC' Program using SHDB and upload the data.
