supress sub totals

Hi all,

I know after generating the report hw 2 supress the sub totals.

Is there any settings to supress all the sub totals before generating the report.

I want to see only Overall Result.

hi

you can suppress the result rows in the query designer itself.

go to the respective key fig in query definition part.-->right click->properties.-> calculate the result as .. here u can find the option .

Hi,

In Query Designer set the Properties Suppress Result rows Never for the first Characterstic in the Rows Pannel.

and Set the Properties Suppress Result rows Always for all the Other Characterstics in the Rows.

To Set the Properties right click on the Characterstic -> Properties from the Pop up window Suppress Result rows Select Never/Always.
