SAP Enterprise Portal offers you a function for distributing the portal roles defined in the enterprise portal to connected SAP systems. Usually, you transfer the roles to a particular SAP system, which is responsible for creating and maintaining the authorization roles within the SAP system landscape.
In SAP Enterprise Portal 7.3 or lower - System Administration 
Permissions SAP Authorizations.
In SAP Enterprise Portal 7.5 doesn´t exist.

Is There no way to leave the authorizations in the ABAP-based back-end system?
