Cannot modify prompt when scheduling web intelligence reports

Im on 4.1 SP6 and I'm trying to schedule a report. If i want to change the prompt, the popup to select values shows. I am able to select new values, but as soon as I click apply, the selected values are not refelected within the scheduled report.

Any suggestions?

This was bug in SP6. We applied path12, it fixed the issue.

thanks for your replied. Due to feast day I was out of office yesterday. I forgot to mention that this issues occured after over a year of use and only on some reports. Any other sugestions for a quick fix?

Does it work for if user who created the report? Did you try in different browsers?

I tried different User, Browser and nothing did change, BUT I just came accross a kind of workaround. The issue also happend on dev today, so I thought it might be a kind of raise condition, something that has to do with caching.

So I aktivated the DocumentCache and the RealTimeCache within the WebiProcessingServer and it worked again. Afterwords I was able to deactivate the RealTimeCache with no effects, as only activation the DocumentCache does not resolve the problem.

I belive there might some caches overflow in the background, so I think we will patch the system, Question is: Patch 12 oder Patch 14 with latest FixPack applied.
