XI 3.0 or 2.0 installation on 4.7 version...

How are you...

It is possible to install a XI 3.0 or 2.0 on a 4.7 version. I think. that XI runs on WebAS 640 which is a part of version 4.7 am i right or wrong. please make my self clear on above question.
