EAM FireFighter not able to save a change

Hi,

Our software version:

GRCFND_AV11000016SAPK-V1116INGRCFNDAGRC Foundation ABAP

GRCPINWV1100_7310017SAPK-11517INGRCPINWSAP GRC NetWeaver Plug-In

We use decentralized fire fighting. I need help. When I update an owner, or controller, or fire fighter, I cannot save a change if there is even a single entry wrong.

As example, Owner Peter Peters, owns firefighter IDs FF-ONE, FF-TWO and FF-THREE, which exist on 10 systems.

FF-TWO loses it's flag role on SYSTEM9 due to an over eager support person, and thus become invalid.

I now want to assign new FF-FOUR to owner Peter Peters. After assigning FF-FOUR I duly try to SAVE the owner record. What happens then is I get an error saying it cannot save due to an invalid firefighter ID.

Is there any possible way to skip this check? To be able to save I need to reach out to the customer to try and get the flagrole reassigned. This can sometimes take a day and now no new FF IDs can be loaded. I want EAM to be able to save no matter the validity of the ID. If something is temporarily changed on that customer's system it should not stop me from making changes.

Please help!

Regards Derik
