Time Collision in CATS timesheet - different reaction to ECC (infotype)

Attendances in CATS timesheet not following the defined collision rules.

SPRO Config:

IMG > Time Management > Time Data Recording and Administration > Attendances/Actual Working Times > Determine Entry Screens and Time Constraint Classes

Att Type 0822 = Time Constraint Class (TCC) 3

Att Type 0800 = TCC 2

IMG > Time Management > Time Data Recording and Administration > Specify System Reaction to Overlapping Time Infotypes

TCC 3 when added to existing TCC 2 = Error

TCC 2 when added to existing TCC 3 = Warning

When 0822 input into IT2002 and 0800 added. Warning generated, as expected.

When 0800 input into IT2002 and 0822 added. Error generated, as expected.

Replicate in timesheet (CAT2). Both generate errors.

Any ideas how to check for different collision rules in CATS timesheet?
