Totally new to this forum..if u can pl. help...

I am mechanical engineer with MBA in marketing & CIM qualified.I know basic MS office.Have around 8-9 years of exp. in B2B & dealer managent.

Should I get into SAP CRM??How difficult or easy it is?How long does it take?
