Hi Experts,

We are facing strange problem with IDOC to JMS Scenario.

SAPR/3 is IDOC sender system. When I look at sender SAP R/3 using t-code <b>WE02</b> for outbound IDoc for Basic Type "XYZ123", it shows 355 are processed outbound <b>successfully</b>.

Then I checked in XI using t-code <b>IDX5</b> for basic type "XYZ123" (Inbound), it shows only 349. (Also 349 XML Messages are processed successfully)

Now <u>6 IDOCs are missing</u>. Everyday there are number of IDOC couldnt reach to XI....?

There is no error message ,

Please help

Thanks

Rakesh

HI,

As explained above use to check the Idocs in IDx5 with TID.and also correct date and time...where exactly the error..,yiu can check in BD87- idoc monitoring tool.

OR we have and option of IDOC Tracing tool ..please check..with Idoc number..

Please see the below link to have an idea about your SLD is properly handling or not..

Idoc’s not reaching XI…. Not posted in the receiver SAP Systems -

Hi Chandra, Sreeram, Bhavesh,

I checked with all t-codes --sm58, bd87,idx5 There is no error.

The sitaution is SAPR/3 pushed out 300 IDocs to XI (No error is SM58 or outbound queue, also checked bd87 it shows 300 IDocs processed successfully)

Now on XI it receives only 295 IDocs & (295 are processed successfully.- No error messages in sm58, bd87 & as per IDX5 it receives only 295.)

NOW the questions is 5 IDocs are missing.........this is something strange

You have been asked to check the TRFC in Sm58. But, when you checkected the same, did you make the user id as * and check>?

That is strange...

now since this is a recurring problem....i can think of another thing....

When you run IDX5, what is the date/time range that you are giving? is the XI system have same time setting as the Sending R/3 system...

I cannot think of anything else..

Thanks.

Hi Renjith,

Date & time is also fine for IDX5. Even timezones are also same for both sender(SAP R/3) & receiver(XI).

I also couldnt think more as there is no error...

Hi Rakesh,

For one of these IDocs that you say are missing ..check in we02 in the source and find out what the transaction id(TID) is...

Then run IDX5 on XI and enter the transaction id in the relevant field with a wide date range and see if you can pick it up....

Thanks.

Hi renjith,

I found one IDocs that not reached to XI. In XI (IDX5) I have looked for both IDOC number & transaction Id also

Still no luck man.....

thanks

May be there is something simple that we are missing....

Anyways...have you opened an OSS message on this yet ?

That is the next thing i would do...

Thanks.

Rakesh,

Can you see in transaction smq1 and smq2 whether any queues are stopped?

Run the transaction BD75 or execute report RBDMOIND ....then see if all the IDocs are in status 12.....

Also check in SM58 if there are any entries there with some error statuses...

Thanks.
