Price Infomation mapping issue at MDM Import Manager

Hi All,

We are trying to replace a “ Catalogue File” in MDM Import Manager.

Since I do not have all the software’s installed. I am remotely accessing the MDM Console, MDM Data Manager and the MDM Import Manager.

Issue: Under “Price Information” Amount is not showing in any of the line item . Please see highlighted screenshot attached :

It should come as Correct Price Mapping : 1|||15.00|British Pound

Below information is for blank amount which should not come.

Incorrect Mapping Price : 1||

Here are the steps which we followed :

1.Connect the MDM server and repository in MDM Console

2.Deleted the previous file from MDM Data Manager

3.Import the file into MDM Import manager .

4.Successfully able to import the new file .

Now when we look at the “Price Information” as highlighted above the amount is not coming. Can you please suggest for the solution or any advice which can help on this?

One more information : When I look at the Source Fields in Mapping Fields, I do not see Price , Amount and Currency . Only field I have is "Price Information". When I went to "Price Table " I saw "Amount" and "Currency" were grayed out under "record Detail" Tab. Some how I feel I need to Create or add these feilds under source and then need to create a compound feild which will include amount, currency, PIR, Purch org etc...But I do not know how to do this, If I am thinking correct.
