After Portal upgrade in appraisal template all fields are displaying

Hi,

After Portal upgrade in our development system, PMS Appraisal Template shows Change access to all the columns in portal, irrespective to "Column-Access" configuration (Change/Display/Hide) done against appraise, appraiser, status and sub-status.

But in Quality and Production system the appraisal template is working fine. Kindly do needful to solve this column restriction issue. And is this issue related to Portal or Basis, being same Appraisal template only we are using in all the three systems such as Development, Quality and Production.
