BPC Web admin Console Blank after SP upgrade

Hi all,

We run BPC 10.1 and have just updated the live system with Support Packs. Everything was fine in Dev and QA systems but now after patching the live system I get a blank screen after logging onto the Web admin console. Logon itself looks ok - no errors in the backend and I can see that I am connected but I am missing the usual icons and links that I get when I logon to QA.

I've seen a number of notes on this subject and have cleared cache on both server and my machine, cleared cookies from browser, checked that all the services are active and then repeated all this several times to no avail.

Does anyone have any potential insight that I could investigate?

Suffice to say, everything worked fine before the patching and the servers themselves have not undergone any changes.
