Hi all,

I want to get certification in SAP. What are the procedures available for that.

I am not working in SAP tech. but working on other technologies(Java and J2EE).

I know one procedure that is getting trained at SAP authorized training center but that cost heavy for me.

Hi Umashankar,

First you decide that in which technology of SAP you want an SAP certification. There are around 15 functional modules and then there is SAP Netweaver which is also having different tracks like XI,EP,BI and others. First you decide that what is better for you and in which platfrom you want the certification.

Once you decide the track then you can go for e-learning session on SAP site if you have some problem in paying the heavy cost for training. There are various documenst available of SDN and other SAP portal is there to help you out. You can also go thorugh help.sdn.com where you will get complete information about all the technologies.

Thanks for the information.

Suppose I had chosen ABAP as my track. can u, please explain in detail.

One of my friend said you can take certification only at Authorized training centers by SAP or your company should sponsor.

Can an Individual from different platform(JAVA) wants to shift his career into SAP-ABAP. How to apply for the certification.

Ya your friend is correct. This certification can be done from authorized training centres only for that you have to pay the required examination fees or your company can pay for you.

Shifting from JAVA to ABAP, you have to learn ABAP in details. Go though the sullabus of ABAP and you will come to know how much you have to study for it. These information you will find in above links.

As we are the Channel partner of SAP, First i want to know the procedure of SAP SDK Certification..

Secondly where ever i go in www.sdn.sap.com i found SAP Business One Add-on Solution Certification. Is it the same thing which am looking for?

I mean SAP Business One Add-on Solution Certification is only for the certification of Add-ons which we are integrate.

I wanted to know the process, pricing and all about SAP B1 SDK training.
