User statistics not working properly

Dear communiy,

the report "(Beta) User Logon Activity" doesnt show the corresponding user;

in the user column I only can see a "#" (see screenshot)


do I have to configure something to see the correct user?

Hello Michael!

In order to use the(Beta) User Logon Activity report in the desired format you will need to add one element to your scoping in the Business Configuration.
You need to do following:

  1. Log on to your CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER system in Silverlight
  2. Go to the Business Configuration work centerand the Implementation Projects view
  3. Select Edit Project Scope and proceed to step 3
  4. Expand options listed under Administration (Performance and Usage Monitoring) and select both of them
  5. Proceed to step 4 and select the option in group User ID and IP information tracking as In Scope
  6. Log off and on again

That should solve your problem.
