Add Approver and Reviewer..

Hello Friends,

I am not able to add approver or reviewer when my n-step workflow badi gets trigger at the same time i am able to add approver or reviewer if without approver workflow gets trigger..

Add approver and reviewer buttons are disable if the cart create from n-step workflow conditions..

Is this standard functionality if n-step workflow trigger then both fields needs to be disable..

Can you please give me some more details about how the add approver and reviewer concept is working..

Hello John,

You can check whether it is 'Gneral Task or not" by using Transaction OOCU

Here, follow this path: SAP --> SRM --> SRM-EBP --> SRM-EBP-WFL

Click on link "Assign Agents". If it is not general task then you can do by Clicking on "Attributes (F8)".

Hello John,

Is your workflow classified as general task - agent assignment at workflow level seems mandatory for the ad-hoc funtionality to work.
