Service Desk Func.

Hi Gurus ,

I am using Solution Manager 4.0 which has CRM 5.0 component in it. Service Desk functionality in SM is nothing but Support Desk in CRM.

· Where to customize action item for messages created for Support Desk

· Where to customize follow-up transaction type for Message

· Where to create Transaction types and customize with different action items

· Using BP and assign Sold-to party and Support Team

    Hi,

    Here's the IMG Menu Path.

    1. Define Actions:

    SAP Solution Manager --> Scenario-Specific Settings --> Service Desk --> Define Action Profile --> Change Actions and Conditions

    2. Can you please eloborate on follow of Transaction (whatz your exact requiremtent?)

    3. SAP Solution Manager --> Scenario-Specific Settings --> Service Desk --> Define Action Profile --> Assign Action Profile to the Business Transaction Type

    4. Its all partner determination functions.
