Activating Software Component Version

Hi,

I have imported a Software Component Version into IR, Then it appears under

Object List tab. When i went to 'Change list' tab to activate it, there are to categories : 1. Open & 2.Close. My SWCV appears under 'Closed' section.

I have tried to activate it by right clicking on it, But I couldn't see the option to activate it. Could you please help me how to activate this SWCV..
