Hi All,
In our system, we are representing the relationship of an employee to a client contact via Buying Center relationships within an Account.
We also hide the 'Relationships' tab from the Contacts object.
However, as i learn more about C4C, i am starting to question our choice.
If i unhide the 'Relationships' tab from a contact, i do not see the buying center relationships we've put in. Instead i see relationships such as:
"Has End Customer"
"Is Contact Person For"
Is End Customer of"
"Is Identical To"
"Is Replaced By"
"Is Shareholder Of"
"Replaces"
-- all out of the box.
If we were to use Relationships to denote an employee-to-contact relationship, which one would i use?
My thinking is ClientContactA "Is Contact Person For" WorkEmployeeB but when i try to find an employee under Business Partner, it only returns Accounts.
How have others in the community represented the personal relationships between an employee and a client contact?
Thanks in advance.
