Hi,

For a Material Document how do i track the corresponding the Accounting Document.

I query is

when i make GR for a PO ,along with material document Accounting documents ( controlling dcos , spl Account documennts ) get created.

My requirement is for a Material doc with Movement type related Accounting Doc with the value DMBTR Loc.curr.amt is foung using tables.

i want to know the link between the Material doc No MBLNR ( for a Quantity )& corresponding Acc doc BELNR.i donot want other Accounting docs

Dear,

There is no Std. report to get the GR & A/C Doc no.

Hi Sridhar

There is no standard report.

You can get the material document reference in account document header - Reference Key (BKPF-AWKEY). This will be matdoc+year.

You can build a report easily using ABAP query.

Hi Sridhar,

U can check the accounting document by clicking the doc info tab as mentioned by Ramki. But note that accounting documents gets created only for material movements which is relevant to financial accounting.

One more thing I would like to Add that It Depend supon the Movement type also.

If you want to see acc doc for a material document:

MIGO -> Display material document

In the Header doc.info tab>click on FI documents.
