deploy sqlanywhere11 to google cloud

We have a business web application build on PHP and SQL Anywhere11 database, it is currently installed on an intranet windows server machine.

We are planing to migrate the solution to google cloud but not sure what settings are required to be able to host the database engine.

Is there any guide or manual that can help us in the procedure? If not can you highlight the main constraints to successfully host an SQL Anywhere engine on the cloud (e.g OS, ...)

However, version 11 is the end of mainstream maintenance.
