Hi! For a particular vendor (I think) we get the error message "partner not found", when performing GR in SRM. I do not find any match for the BP-GUID (none of the involved BPs have that GUID). This applies for several of the Purc.orders for that vendor, but not for all of them! So I suspect somesthing else than the Vendor to cause the problem? The user that created the PO in R/3 backend (classic scenario) is not a SRM (EBP) user, but that should not casue that problem? Any suggestions? Brgs dag sigurd
Found the solution. Due to an error in HR-replication, the posision of the user that created the SC was without releationship to the Org.
Unfortunately the BP was then deleted and created again (via bupa_check_delete and users_gen). So in structure BBPS_MON_SC_LIST_HEADER field REQUESTOR (name of the creator of the SC) was deleted for all these SCs.
So a new question then: Is it possible to edit this filed somehow, or is the solution to perform GR using backend trans. MIGO ....:-) Any suggestions? brgs dag sigurd

Thank you for answers so far. What I discovered was that the vendor was not searchable in PPOMA_BBP, but everyting seemed OK in BP. So I deleted the BP and replicated the vendor again. Now it is searchable in PPOMA, but still the same error message. As I mentioned above some of the POs of this vendor works OK, - no error message! That is why I was thinking of one of the other BPs might have a inconcistency.

Hi
Just a guess..
Are you using partner functions in R/3 PO ? Is it that goods supplier or some vendor does not exist in SRM ?
Best regards

Hi
It seems to me like, there is problem with configuartion on SRM side.
Have you maintained the vendors correctly in SRM ?
Can you provide more details, when this error is happening ?
