Information Steward - ERROR when I try to create a new Integrator source

Hi Expert,

I would like to know if I have the right configuration for IS 4.2 SP08.

Scenario:

BI Platform 4.2 SP3 is installed in one server

IPS/DS/IS is installed in different server

• IPS Version 4.2 SP3
• DS/IS Version 4.2 SP08

DB: SQL Anywhere 16

I got this ERROR when I try to create a new Integrator source on CMC\Information Steward of my IPS.

Connection error : com.bobj.mm.sdk.SDKException: IDS_CMS_LOGON_FAILED (ADM-10008)

And on my BI Plateform I can not run “MMRemoteIntegratorService“.

Any Help please.
