Auto Mass change request creation from program

Hello,

We have a requirement to create mass change request (type MATA/ MATB) automatically triggered from program. The program is working fine and created a change request. When I open the CR its not allowing me to change and giving the below errors.

1) Drafts of change requests cannot be processed with this application

2) You are not the processor of the change request.

Also why the change request is getting saved as draft?

Hello,

Let me know how you submit in one change request multiple materials i did it for one change request only one material while using API governance.

as you attached screenshot it showing 2 mateirals right that mechanism.

Saving is not suffiicient, you supposed to submit it(Start the workflow).
