Address Labels

Is there a way in SAP to Print address labels like for all our vendors/customers using something like Avery 2160 format.

We want to send some communication out to all our business partners and trying to figure out the best way to do this.

Hello Vinay,

You can take a help from developer to write a program using LFA1 for vendor master adress and KNA1 for customer master address.

Developer will design a script / Layout as per your requirement and also design a small program to trigger output on the labels.

Hello Vinay,

Mostly output in custom format requires development.

You can do it in simple way, ask your developer to develop report program in which he will design the output in labels format so you can direcly take print to the laser printer on Label sheet. No need to design script or form saperately.

Have you tried using Output type?

output type for what?? vendor master? customer master? not sure what you mean !!
