EWM BIDF BIDP exception codes with delivery adjustment - no alternative bin proposed

Hi,

Has anyone seen this issue:

Our exception codes BIDF & BIDP were working as expected ie if stock was available in an alternative bin, then a task was immediately created to pick this stock.

Now we have a requirement from the business to automatically adjust the delivery line in case of any shortages. So, to facilitate this, we have set the 'Delivery adjustment in case of differences' config on the exception code.

This does indeed adjust the delivery qty - that part works fine.

BUT now the system NEVER proposes an alternative bin, even if there is plenty of other pickable stock.

With my (limited!) debugging, it seems like the delivery line is reduced too soon....so there is zero remaining qty when the bin search is started....

Appreciate any suggestions....config?? workflow??
